Yep... you guessed it... each of these sea glass jewelry creations features sea glass pieces that were once part of some kind of adult beverage bottle!
From wine to rum, champagne to whiskey, and every kind of wine or liquor in between, it is most likely these shards once held one of the world's favorite beverages for millennia.Most of our boozies tend to be thick, bubbly sea glass, as these are the ones I've spent a lifetime collecting. Some of the ambers and olives are a bit thinner, and rather than 100+ years old, they are a modest 60 or 70 years old.
Each piece is a glowing, frosty reminder of a toast for luck, a quiet evening by the fire, or the party of a lifetime. Hence, my affectionate nickname for this collection...THE BOOZIES!
