Here at Real Sea Glass on the beautiful Florida North Coast, we’re open 363 days a year, and strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible - within one to two business days. Our preferred carrier is The US Postal Service.  Most orders ship First Class or Priority Mail, however, we may use alternative carriers for International or express shipments.

Real Sea Glass Gift PackagingOur Beach-Luxe gift wrap and personalized greeting card is available for $5 at checkout. You can specify if you want all items wrapped together, or can have us wrap items individually or in groups.

Please note: at this time, we can only ship an order to one address. If you need items shipping to different addresses, please place separate orders. Shipping on orders over $30 to U.S. addresses is FREE.

Post BoxTo the United States:
U.S. Postal Service packages generally arrive in 3-7 days. Priority and Express shipping is available at checkout. Delivery Confirmation Tracking is included all our orders orders. Check your shipping confirmation email for a tracking number but please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

To the Rest of the World:
We’ve experienced super fast US Postal Service shipping internationally, and we’ve had orders stuck in customs for 4 weeks (on our side, not yours - it's very rare, but it has happened).  If you need your order for a special event or by a particular date, we will send it FedEx. Just email us or give us a call at 239.312.0880, and we will get you a shipping quote!

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your treasure purchase! You are welcome to return any item you order from us within 30 days of receipt.

Please call us at 239.312.0880 for a Return Authorization Number before you mail back your order so we can keep an eye out for it!

Any returned item must be in new, unworn condition, and must be accompanied by all Certificates of Authenticity, documentation and all other information that was sent with the item, in undamaged condition. You are responsible for any return shipping charges. As the return of items are your responsibility until they arrive at our Post Office Box, we strongly recommend you insure your return and arrange for tracking numbers in the event the package does not arrive as expected. All returns should be mailed via USPS to the address we specify when we speak to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
